Conexall is a unique unified communications system. It connects your email, SMS text messaging and
voice calls. Conexall has a unique routing preference system for sending messages. Because email
is not always convenient, you can choose how you want to receive messages. Some people may prefer
a text message and others may prefer a phone voicemail message. So, it doesn't matter how you
send the message, whether by email, text or phone, each recipient will receive according to his or
her routing preference. Also, if the first preference fails (say if someone has changed their
email address) Conexall will route the message by the recipient's second preference. So you can
be sure they will always receive the message.
Conexall also provides instant telephone conferencing. Unlike other systems, which require you to
call in to a number at a pre–arranged time, Conexall Conferencing is a call–out service.
You call your group and everyone's phones ring simultaneously, allowing you to get hold of
everyone who's available.
Conexall is for keeping in touch with groups. A group may be as few as two people or as many as
thousands. It may be your family, a work team or a club. You can enter contact details or import
them from you email or mobile phone address book. You can set up or join as many groups as you
like.
Because you want to share other things, as well as messages, each group has its own webpage on
Conexall. You can upload documents, photos and videos to share with other members of the group.
Or send messages to your group using the Conversation Board. Your group page shows you who's
online at the time so you can have real–time discussions with the group.
There's also an Announcement Board so you can tell people when you've uploaded new files
and a Group calendar so you can keep track of group events.
Conexall is free to join and to set up your groups. However, voice and SMS messages are routed
along the public phone system. These will incur the standard phone charges according to service
provider (mobile or landline). Currently, Conexall is in the initial trial stage, so we will not
be billing you for these calls. In the second stage, a billing system will be introduced and you
will be charged for your phone usage. (See Terms
& Conditions). A tracking system will enable you to see the call costs as you incur them so
you can control your expenditure. The rest of the system (sharing information through the group page)
is completely free.
Conexall is private and secure. Only other members of your group can view the contact details and
information you provide and only if the Group Administrator, who is an agreed member of the Group,
has enabled members' details to be shared. No–one outside the group can access the
information put up on the Group page. However, if you are a corporate user and would like to have
a dedicated internal Conexall system, say for a mobile work team, please contact us.
